Refund Policy

Consultation charges vary with the nature of the problem and are agreed with the office before a slot is booked. Nothing is charged until you have agreed to it.

Any amount paid to hold a slot is refunded in full if the office cannot honour that slot, or if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Slots may be rescheduled once at no cost with reasonable notice. A missed appointment without notice is not refunded.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. For any refund question, message the office on WhatsApp.
