We collect only the information needed to provide consultations and the free tools, meaning your name, contact details, birth details, and the concern you share. It is used solely for your consultation, your requested reports, and follow up. It is never sold or shared with third parties, and is retained only as long as needed to serve you.

Communication happens over WhatsApp and phone. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and card details never touch our systems. Free tool inputs are used to compute your result and, where you request a PDF, to deliver it on WhatsApp.

The contact page embeds a Google map so you can find the office. That map is loaded from Google, which means Google receives your IP address and the usual technical details of the request when the page opens. We do not receive anything from it. The map is the only embedded third party content on this site, and it loads only on the contact page.
